KAT HARGRAVE

She/Her

SENIOR AGENT

A former actor, her career included lots of time at Disney, a surprising involvement in an Emmy-award winning TV special, a thrilling stint at the Applebee’s in Queens, and an unhealthy fear of her agent. As an agent, she’s worked in voiceover/on-camera with DDO Artists Agency and as an Associate Agent at HCKR. Her work as an agent is predicated on the chills amazing performances bring, an understanding that we don’t enter this industry on equal footing, investigating ways to make our industry more equitable, a sincere love of building relationships, and chasing dreams. Kat believes deeply there is not one path to success and co-created a blog, The Obvious Path, which shares the stories of artists of all kinds. Kat believes deeply in the pivotal pause our industry is in and the way it could revolutionize our industry. And Kat believes deeply in the dreams of Broadway, National Tours, TV, film, and in regional houses across the country. Go get ‘em.

KAITLIN SCHREINER

She/Her

AGENT

Kaitlin, a born and raised Pittsburgher, discovered her love for the arts at the age of five, when she was cast in the prestigious (and made up) role of the Princess of Wonderland in her kindergarten's production of Alice in Wonderland. After years of cultivating that love, she received her degree in acting from Point Park University. After graduation, she discovered a passion for the work that happened behind the table. And when she moved to New York in 2019, her love for the industry, and the people who made it so special, propelled her into the world of representation. She was lucky enough to land an internship at Nicolosi & Co, where she learned the ins and outs of this business. That opportunity paved the way to her dream job and home at DGRW. She wakes up feeling truly blessed to work alongside some of the most talented, inspiring and kind hearted people in the industry.

JEREMY SICKLES

He/Him

AGENT

A business mind with an entertainment heart, Jeremy was a theatre kid with a Suze Orman obsession. A graduate of the Hartt School with his BFA in musical theatre, Jeremy quickly joined the Daniel Hoff Agency where he worked as an assistant turn agent for just under 5 years. During the Covid-19 pandemic, Jeremy pivoted to working for a fin-tech and compliance consulting firm, ACA Group, where he worked as the Commercial Business Lead of their Managed Services team. His drive comes from melding his passion and love for the arts with the business strategy necessary to propel careers forward. He believes the industry should follow Suze’s golden rule: People first, then money, then things.

TUCKER STAMPEN

They/He

AGENT ASSOCIATE

A wholesome Midwesterner originally from Madison, Wisconsin. Their theatrical career began at age 11 in a very adorable, and technically illegal elementary school production of Fiddler on The Roof. From there, they studied acting at Interlochen Arts Academy, and hold a BFA in Music Theatre from Elon University. Prior to DGRW, they interned for Stewart/Whitley, Roundabout Theatre Company/C12 Casting, and Tara Rubin Casting, which led directly into a position as an Agent Assistant with TalentWorks. Their work is centered in a love for actors, and a desire to make the industry a safer, and more equitable place. They also encourage everyone to donate routinely to mutual aid funds/organizations committed to social equity, such as Honor the Earth (https://www.honorearth.net/mission-vision), An organization devoted to developing resources and support for sustainable Indigenous American communities.

NIA FRASER

She/Her

ASSISTANT

Nia, a born and raised New Yorker, fell in love with the arts at the age of 6. By the age of 14, Nia had performed in over 15 musical productions with The Children’s Theater Company. Nia’s passion for the arts followed her throughout high school and college. Nia attended Temple University where she studied Marketing and Acting. Despite graduating in the midst of a pandemic Nia was able to secure a full-time position at her former theater company. This opportunity gave her the skills needed to land her current position with DGRW. She is honored to work with such talented and passionate individuals within the arts community and hopes to for many years to come.
