ANTI-RACISM WORK

We at DGRW recognize our position in an industry that has been upheld by systemic racism and rooted in white supremacy. We know that the Covid-19 pandemic was not the beginning of a rise in systemic racism and an increase in police brutality, but rather the beginning of the end of excuses. On May 29, 2020 we forwent any traditional business model of remaining politically and socially indifferent and gave unabashed support to the Black Lives Matter movement.

WHAT WE ARE DOING:

 

We remain committed to ensuring the mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual safety of our clients who are Black, Indigenous, and People of Color. As agents, we vow to not only represent our clients in a business sense, but commit to the representation of representation. We will make it a part of our negotiating process to assess what the spaces our clients enter look like and ensure that no client feels tokened, alone, or responsible for the education of an entire body of people. We vow at our next hiring opportunity to add a BIPOC professional to our team to make sure our company is a safe and equitable space for all of our clients.
